Helping you build secure relationships, emotional stability, and a deeper sense of authenticity and trust within yourself and others.
Attachment Therapy

Our relationships can shape us in ways we don’t always realize.
Patterns of disconnection, fear of rejection, overthinking, or emotional distance can begin to feel normal over time.
Therapy can help you feel heard, accepted and explore attachment styles and family of origin experiences so you can create more secure, vulnerable ways of relating - to yourself and to others.
A holistic approach to attachment therapy
At Flourish, we believe healing attachment wounds is not just about improving relationships.
It is about cultivating internal safety, emotional resilience, and secure connection.
Our work is rooted in an integrative framework that helps you reconnect with your body, mind, and relational experiences. We understand that attachment challenges often reflect more than relationship struggles alone—they are shaped by nervous system patterns, early experiences, emotional conditioning, trauma and the ways your body has learned to protect you.
Treatment methods used include:
- Attachment-based therapy
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Interpersonal neurobiology
- EMDR (trauma reprocessing)
- Polyvagal-informed therapy
- Self-compassion practices
- Sensorimotor / Somatic therapy
- Mindfulness-based interventions
Woven together, these modalities support you in developing secure attachment patterns, emotional awareness, and the capacity for deeper, more fulfilling relationships.

A Personal Message from Our Founder
“After living through significant trauma and years of medications that never healed the root cause, I knew there had to be a different way forward.
Through mindfulness practices, functional medicine, and truly holistic care, I shifted from merely treating symptoms to actively cultivating lasting wellness.
Flourish was created to share that framework — so no one has to feel as powerless and stuck as I once did. Healing is possible, and you deserve to flourish.”

What are attachment issues?
Attachment issues are patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating that develop early in life and influence how you connect with others. These patterns can show up as anxiety in relationships, emotional distance, fear of abandonment, or difficulty trusting others.
How do I know if I have attachment issues?
You may notice recurring patterns such as overthinking relationships, pulling away when things feel close, difficulty expressing needs, or feeling unsafe even in supportive relationships.
Can attachment styles change?
Yes. With the right therapeutic support, awareness, and practice, attachment patterns can shift toward greater security and stability over time.
Do you accept health insurance?
Currently, we have two therapists who accept insurance. These insurances include Aetna, BCBSTX, UHC, Oxford and Cigna.
The other therapists that do not accept insurance can provide a ‘Superbill’. If you have out of network coverage with your insurer, this document is used to submit a claim for possible reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance carrier about “Out of Network” (OON) coverage. Reimbursement can be as much as 70% but there is usually a deductible.
We also accept payment from HSA/FSA accounts. Psychotherapy, ketamine therapy and some nutritional services are eligible for HSA/FSA.
What are your private pay rates?
Our rates for individual and couples sessions range between $80 – $180. The rate is dependent on the service, therapist, frequency, and availability. Some therapists offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. If this is something you are interested in, please mention this in your initial inquiry.
Are there differences between a therapist, psychotherapist, and counselor?
At Flourish, we use the term psychotherapist to define our role as long term therapists. We believe a long term therapeutic relationship develops healthy relationship skills for our clients. These skills can improve current or new relationships with friends, family and colleagues. Additionally, the term psychotherapist differentiates our work from other therapies such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and massage.
