Rethink, Reconnect, Rejuvenate — Holistic Retreat for Therapists
May 2027, Costa Rica
As health and wellness professionals, we often pour into others while our own nervous systems run on empty. Reliable treatment planning strategies that used to help our clients and patients get better are not as effective as they once were. Emotional states of anxiety and depression seem intractable and difficult to treat. Too many are chronically fatigued and ill. Consequently leaving therapists, doctors and other clinicians with historically high levels of burnout, emotional load, and chronic stress.
Created specifically for health and wellness professionals, this holistic retreat was designed to interrupt the cycle of burnout and chronic stress. The intention is to inspire therapists, doctors and other wellness professionals with learning new perspectives on mental health while nourishing their mind and bodies on the beaches of the Nicoya peninsula in Costa Rica.
Connect with other holistic health and wellness professionals within a small, private retreat-setting with a private beach and two saltwater pools
Over five spacious days, we’ll explore how holistic and integrative approaches can reshape the way therapists understand and treat anxiety, depression, and chronic emotional and nervous system dysregulation. The flow of our time together will weave in educational holistic treatment approaches somatic practices, nervous system science, nutritional neuroscience, integrative assessment, psychedelic-assisted modalities, and trauma-informed family system frameworks.

Each day blends:
- Gentle, nervous-system attuned yoga
- Morning meditation and mindful presence
- Daily sound baths to reset the body
- Holistic learning modules delivered in a relaxed, conversational way
- Plenty of downtime for rest, connection, and integration
This is not a rushed conference or an academic overload. It’s a space to learn the way the body learns slowly, relationally, and with room to breathe.
Participants will leave feeling restored, inspired, and more deeply connected to their own wellbeing and the heart of their clinical work.
