Group Nutrition Program for Anxiety, Depression & ADHD
“Nourish to Flourish” is a virtual, six-week community program for people want to understand how their body is influencing their mental health.
The group’s judgment-free foundation will create a space to explore possible factors contributing to anxiety, ADHD or depression such as:
- Circadian rhythms
- Gut health
- Blood sugar
- Inflammation
- Nutrients
The pace of the group will be incremental, moving step by step, without expectations or extremes, focusing on practical changes that feel grounded and sustainable.
While the goal of the group is for participants to experience how activities and food influence mood, energy, and nervous system regulation, participants may also get the additional benefit of building mindful awareness of the connection between their mind and body.
This is a group for people interested in making intentional, lasting changes and gaining clarity in how to support their mental health through the body as well as the mind. Brenda Gregory, functional nutritionist, will be leading this group and has decades of experience in helping people transform their mental health by making small changes in their daily routines. This group will meet for six (6) consecutive Wednesdays with a total cost of $210 for ALL six (6) sessions.
