I’m a Functional Medicine Nutritionist with over a decade of experience supporting clients with complex health, mood, and energy challenges. I blend nutrition, functional lab analysis, quantum biology (our biological connection with nature), and nervous system work to help people reconnect with their bodies and feel like themselves again.

My own healing began with autoimmunity, chronic digestive issues, and years of burnout. I learned that true wellness isn’t just about food – it’s about rhythm, repair, and safety in your system.

I believe real health supports both physiology and psychology, from hormone and gut repair to emotional regulation and mental clarity. This isn’t just about treating symptoms. It’s about addressing the underlying patterns – the stress, emotions, and physiological dysregulation so your body can return to its natural state of resilience.

My approach is grounded, intuitive, and nonjudgmental. We look at the data, but we also listen to what your body’s been holding. Together, we build meaningful, doable shifts that support lasting change, both physically and mentally.

You’re not broken. You’ve been adapting. With the right support, you can come back to yourself.

My Story:   After decades of struggling with a long list of health issues, I discovered the life-changing power of nutrition. From there began a never-ending journey into unlocking all the factors that lead to total health. I spent several years working in Alzheimer’s Disease, Cognitive Neuroscience, and Nutrition before earning my Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. It was while serving as Nutrition Director for Austin-based supplement company, Onnit, that I realized the passion for the power of individualized personalized, one-on-one treatment.
