Helping you build self-awareness, emotional steadiness, coping skills, and practices that support a more grounded daily life.
Anxiety Therapy

Our minds and bodies can carry so much for so long that anxiety starts to feel normal.
Therapy can help you slow down, understand your patterns, and feel more supported in the life you are living.
A holistic approach to anxiety therapy
At Flourish, we believe healing is not just about managing anxiety. It is about cultivating mental wellness.
Our work is rooted in an integrative framework that helps you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit. We understand that anxiety often reflects more than stress alone — it can be shaped by nervous system patterns, relationship experiences, lifestyle habits, emotional overwhelm, and the deeper ways your body has learned to adapt.
Treatment methods used include:
- Mindfulness-based interventions
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Interpersonal neurobiology
- EMDR
- Attachment theory
- Self compassion
- Sensorimotor – Somatic
- Functional nutrition
Woven together, these treatment modalities will help you achieve healthy and mindful self-awareness so you are empowered with skills and tools to navigate the tough times with ease.

A Personal Message from Our Founder
“After living through significant trauma and years of medications that never healed the root cause, I knew there had to be a different way forward.
Through mindfulness practices, functional medicine, and truly holistic care, I shifted from merely treating symptoms to actively cultivating lasting wellness.
Flourish was created to share that framework — so no one has to feel as powerless and stuck as I once did. Healing is possible, and you deserve to flourish.”

Do you accept health insurance?
Currently, we have two therapists who accept insurance. These insurances include Aetna, BCBSTX, UHC, Oxford and Cigna.
The other therapists that do not accept insurance can provide a ‘Superbill’. If you have out of network coverage with your insurer, this document is used to submit a claim for possible reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance carrier about “Out of Network” (OON) coverage. Reimbursement can be as much as 70% but there is usually a deductible.
We also accept payment from HSA/FSA accounts. Psychotherapy, ketamine therapy and some nutritional services are eligible for HSA/FSA.
What are your private pay rates?
Our rates for individual and couples sessions range between $80 – $180. The rate is dependent on the service, therapist, frequency, and availability. Some therapists offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. If this is something you are interested in, please mention this in your initial inquiry.
Are there differences between a therapist, psychotherapist, and counselor?
At Flourish, we use the term psychotherapist to define our role as long term therapists. We believe a long term therapeutic relationship develops healthy relationship skills for our clients. These skills can improve current or new relationships with friends, family and colleagues. Additionally, the term psychotherapist differentiates our work from other therapies such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and massage.
Do psychologists and psychotherapists do the same thing?
Licensed psychologists hold doctoral degrees in psychology. Psychotherapists usually hold masters degrees in either psychology, counseling or social work. Comparatively they many similarities in their foundational academic education. Additionally they share similar paths to licensure that require at least two years of clinical supervision in the state of Texas.
How do I know who would be a good fit for me?
First, spend a few minutes reading the bio’s of different therapists. See if their specialties, treatment models or personal stories resonate with you.
Next, contact us to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. This initial phone call will gather information about your needs, availability and budget. You can then also have a free 15-minute phone call with the therapist.
